Thus Far

I've had an interesting time lately. I've been getting out and doing things lately. I've caught up with old friends on Facebook. I'm having a blast and somewhat of a social life after almost 10 years! I forgot what it is like.

Last week two of my high school buddies and I got together to see the play "Altar Boys" in Charlotte. It was great fun. We met for drinks at Therapy, (great name for a martini bar), before the show and returned for follow up drinks afterwards. We got caught up with each other's lives and all the gossip we could think of and vowed to do nights out together more often.

I also went out to a bar one of those same friends works at on Saturday nights. Actually a couple of times. I meet interesting people, made new friends, even got a phone number or two.

Sunday afternoon, me and the same friend went to California Pizza for lunch. It was awesome! I've never even heard of it before, but I'm a fan now! I had the 4 cheese pasta dish. It was the best I've ever had. Followed it up with a Chocolate/Banana concoctions that was almost orgasmic! Wonderful time there. After such a sinful meal, we headed over to the cinema to see "G.I. Joe", with some other guys from his weekend bar job. It was a great movie for special effects, a few odd spots that seemed stretched thin, but great action and lots of explosions! It was a great afternoon! I look forward to more of these!

I remember having G.I. Joe's at the seems rather simple. I wonder what happened to mind? I remember some of them are rather handsome.
