Weighting In

Well, thus far, since Friday, I have dropped 7 pounds! I'm hoping it will stay off. I've started eating better. The freezer is full of Lean Cusine frozen dinners. I eat them 3 or 4 times a day. Controlled portions is what I'm after and staying around 1250 calories a day. I cut out all chips, candies, cookies, soda, and breads. Only water and fruit now between meals. Once I get to my goal weight of 200, I'll begin exercising to help it along. Right now, it wears me out to quickly at my current weight and it becomes discouraging. Plus it will allow me time to get all the crap away from the home gym so I can use it.

Good luck. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know you can do it, just put your mind into it and stay with it. Again Congrats on this.

Good and everyone else trying to lose some weight. Can you at least start walking a mile or two now?

Best wishes. When you reach your goal, you will need to come here, wire my mouth shut and tie me to a chair until I lose some. I just when shopping for a new suit today. Oh my!
