Well, since July 2, I have dropped 17 pounds! I can see my toes! After hoovering around the 220 mark for a year or so, from an all time high of 252 pounds, that makes a grand total of 47 pounds! After my massive weight gain, I'm now within sprinting distance of 175, when I had pecs and abs! Yee Haw!

Kelly: I cut out all junk food, candies, most soda and bread. I only drink alcohol ocassionally so it's not a big item for me. I drink water, except with meals. And eat Lean Cuisine meals 4 times a day, 5 if really hungery. I keep my calories around 1250 to 1500 a day and watch my fat intake. i allow 1 day a week to eat whatever I want for one meal. Snacks are veggies and fruits. So far it has worked, and I don't feel starved!

Congrats!, I know how much work it is, I used to weigh 230 and now weigh 182... It is a lot harder than mot people think! Congratulations again
