Awe Struck Thankfulness

Unbelievable! Who would have thought it possible? I'm awe struck! This little blog has came so far in such a short period of time. It is all because of YOU! The loyal and faithful readers of Ultra Dave. On September 13th 2008, I wrote my first post. I was voicing my opinion about the government and the up coming election. It seems that I wrote a great deal in the beginning about politics, just to vent and make myself feel better in these uncertain times. I began to open up more about myself and my life as I grew more comfortable with the format. Slowly I picked up followers and more visitors, each with their own unique personality and story. We grew together as a close circle of friends, that I've come to cherish. The experience has been heart warming. Today celebrates my 10,000th visitor, 20 followers and 692 comments to date. This post is my 593rd, since September 13th. I even started a second, more mature blog with 10 followers of its own. I want to thank each you for making my days brighter and giving me something to look forward to everyday. It has truly been a joy and a privilege to share a little of myself with y'all through writings, cartoons, photos and the like. I look forward to our shared time together!
