In a world of interconnectedness, do we not feel each others' pain?
In a world grown smaller, how can we not?
Now what are we gonna do about it?
The hunger?
The poverty?
The disease?
The oppression?
The torture?
The wars?
The hate?
Where is the outcry?
Where is the rage?
Where is our world's leaders?
Where is the call to action?

Honey, I often hurt for the world. Some days it cripples me, and that does no good for anyone. If I could I would fix it all, but I can't. I can only do what has been put before me, what is withing my sphere of influence. And I do, to the best of my ability. And I am currently working to prepare myself to increase my sphere of influence.
If everyone would contribute within his own sphere, the world would be a better place. I think. Maybe. There's a lot of evil out there.
