My goals for 2009.
- Continue with school.
- Learn Tai Chi.
- Learn Yoga.
- Lose 40 pounds.
- Exercise regularly.
- Stop smoking (again).
- Start construction on house.
- Fight depression.
- Read more.
- Make more friends.
I'm also going to try to be as forgiving of myself as I am of others.

I cannot send you enough encouragement and best wishes with #6!! I truly hope you succeed - for you and for those around you. Having had to watch two people (smokers) I dearly love die from lung cancer, I do not want to see another.
As for #8, I think committing yourself to your very last statement will go along way in giving you the strength to do #8 and to be victorious.

These are very commendable goals
The yoga will be very good towards most of the other goals, so I'd focus on that one.
