My element is fire. I love fire. Always have. It fascinates me.
It brings light, warmth, protection and cooks our food.
It is a beacon, a place to gather and a worker of metal.
It can also destroy.
Maybe that is why I have so many candle holders and oil lamps.

Here's to the ever increasing light as the Summer Solstice nears ever closer.
Despite having my fair share of candles, I have always shyed away from lighting them for fear of forgetting to extinguish them. I guess I need to be in the habit of doing it more often. :-)
I think candles are a genetic Family trait. ;)
I love your candle holders!
